In early March, Good Guys Tree Service made the decision to put people before profits and close operations until a clearer picture emerged on how to best protect our customers and personnel from Covid-19 (Coronavirus). It is now clear that there is a path forward that can both adequately protect against the continued spread and permit hard working folks to get back to serving their communities.

We are happy to announce that as of Monday, April 27th, we are back and ready to serve you!

With the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) still lingering, we have stepped up and implemented the following protocol:

  1. Our arborists, sales team and tree service crews will be using social distancing of a minimum of 6’ of separation from customers and the public in general.
  2. Face masks will be worn to minimize contamination of air and surfaces, and hand sanitizer will be used to prevent contact spread.
  3. Every team member will be screened before starting the day for body temperature and any other symptoms that may indicate illness. Anyone showing a symptom of any kind will not be allowed to work.
  4. And lastly, if any team member has been known to have been exposed to the Coronavirus or any unknown illness, they will comply with a minimum 14-day quarantine before being allowed to start back at work again.

The tree service industry has been listed as part of the essential work force. In an announcement by the ISA, it is confirmed that tree service work, including arborist tree care and consultations, tree fertilization, tree cabling and tree installation, is critical to infrastructure and property maintenance and is seen as such by Federal, State and Local Governments.

Good Guys Tree Service is committed to tree health, tree management and customer care. We will keep doing the same award-winning service you have come to expect, and proceed with all the precautions needed to keep our clients safe in this strange time we find ourselves in!
